Just had excellent customer service from my ISP this evening. I'm still in shock...

Had to post about it.  People always eager to complain.  Let's hear it when we get good service too!

XXX does still have the line test you can do yourself, but yes the resync is gone.... actually just checked again the tweak my line seems to be back again with options to magically fix, recreate the port etc...

Danie van der Merwe my scenario doesn't make for easy resolution.  Account from Crystal on  a line managed by XXX all running off of Telkom's infra...
