So my kids were playing Singstar on PS3 hooked up to my PC monitor.

So my kids were playing Singstar on PS3 hooked up to my PC monitor. Using Android Splashtop I was able to connect to my desktop and opened VLC's capture screen. Saw the kids making faces as they sang into the monitor. Wife & I had a great laugh. Now I'm wondering if it isn't a little "big brother" creepy instead? A totally unplanned for use of my beloved droid. Won't do it again, PROMISE!

So were you using there monitor as a just a display or did you have the video coming in via a capture card?

PC Running on DVI, PS3 on HDMI. Kids had monitor on HDMI. I remoted desktopped into PC, and started VLC's Capture mode. Logitech webcam perched on monitor for skype, so perfectly picked up kids in front of monitor.
