Did majority of the legwork with the Super Diesel 4x4.  For quick money I used the Monster Truck doing Lunar a few times until I got Super Diesel.  Then I worked on FuelEconomy for the Super Diesel until I could hit 5000+ on Highway.  That makes decent money.  I had unlocked all the vehicles & tracks a year ago, but the developers are really bad at cloud saves.  My achievements are there, but all my high scores were gone.  I have recently unlocked the HotRod which appears to be awesome.  Btw, I checked again.  With the run mentioned above, I got 1.69 mil, not 1.5 ;)
